Passover at Carlos’—Tuesday, March 30:
Carlos’ will feature a special Passover menu; priced at $65 per person or $85 with kosher wine pairings (plus beverages, tax, and gratuity).

 
Easter Sunday—Sunday, April 4:
Join Carlos’ for a very special Easter degustation menu prepared by Chef Ramiro Velasquez. Open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Cost for lunch is $42.50 per person and dinner is $90.00 per person (plus beverages, tax, and gratuity).
 

Special $40:
Enjoy a relaxing, degustation meal with at Carlos’ where diners can enjoy a three-course dinner for $40.00, plus beverages, tax and gratuity. The three-course Degustation is also available with wine pairings for $60.00.

 

“No Corkage Fee” at Carlos’:
Come to Carlos’ every Monday and Friday night with your best bottle(s) of wine from your cellar and pay no corkage fee, while enjoying Carlos’ a la carte menu, seven-course degustation menu and our five course mini-degustation.

Chef Ramiro Velasquez Cooking Classes—April 21, 2010:
Watch and learn from one of Chicago’s top chefs as Chef Ramiro invites you into Carlos’ kitchen for an intimate cooking class held on the third Wednesday of every month. Class starts at 10:45 a.m., recipes are given out, and after the chef demonstration, enjoy a special three-course lunch with wine for $65 (includes tax and gratuity).
 

Carlos’ Dinner Film Club
Join husband and wife team Carlos and Debbie Nieto every second and third Friday of the month for an intimate evening of delicious French fare and great cinema at Carlos’. They’ll feature some of the greatest classic films as guests dine on delicious contemporary French cuisine. The Dinner Film Club offers a set menu with choices, and of course, freshly-made-hot-buttered-popcorn! Cost is $60 plus beverages, tax, and gratuity. Carlos’ Restaurant, owned by husband-and-wife-team, Carlos and Debbie Nieto, opened 26 years ago in Highland Park, IL. Since that time, the North Shore has grown around it and with it.
