The Experience

What may be the most visible part of dining at Carlos' is the warm atmosphere, the feeling you get the minute you walk into the restaurant. Our staff jumps through hoops to make sure that every customer feels like royalty. When we first designed the restaurant, we wanted maximum seating, but we also wanted to maximize our customers' comfort. We worked hard to make our small space as appealing and cozy as possible.

On any given night , you'll find Carlos, spending most of his time in the front of the restaurant, conveying the same message to every customer -that any visit here will be a special treat. We constantly work the floor and visit tables. Everyone here does whatever they can to enhance a customer's visit -not just by greeting and chatting, but making patrons feel welcome.

You'll also feel comfortable because the air you breathe isn't rarefied. We won't impose upon you our notion of what makes a great dinner. You'll certainly get one, make no mistake about that. We've worked hard at honing our cooking, service, and hospitality skills, and we make sure that all those skills are there in abundance for you. But we've never forgotten that the people who walk through our doors know more than a bit themselves about cooking, service, and hospitality. There's a lot of old-fashioned, unbridled joy in the air, and if this isn't what you expect from a four-star French restaurant, well, we relish being unpredictable. And that's even before we've started feeding you.
